NOTICE If you have recently painted your duck boat with any unncatlyzed such as but not limited
to Parker or Krylon, The paint will need to sit at least a month or two till the paint finishes curing. The best way to tell if your boat is ready is by taking a piece of masking tape and sticking it to the area you
want to put the numbers, if it doesn't stick well, the vinyl will not stick. It is not a permanent problem, but does happen from time to time and every time, it has to do with fresh paint. catalyzed paints are
generally automotive finishes by manufacturers such as PPG, Dupont, Martin Seymour. Usually contains isocynates in the catalyst and the warnings are all over those cans referencing so. Non catalyzed paint leaches
solvents for quite a while after painting. Getting the paint as hot as possible then cooling it down is the fastest way to accelerate the wait. Sit the boat int he sun, then move to shade in cycles.
