Privacy
Above all else, we respect the privacy of our customers. Our customer files are sealed
and would never be released (to any party) without the consent of our customers.
When we ask you for your phone number when you order, it is only so that you can be contacted by us or the shipping company if there is a problem. We NEVER allow our customer's telephone numbers to be used for any other purpose. We do not release (or sell) our customer's Email addresses to any other party. We use our customer Email list for sending promotional Emails from within our own company only, but will gladly remove a customer from that list upon their instructions to do so.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for purchases. Your credit card
is not billed until your order ships.
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES - If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping
address as an "authorized" address.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD - We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. If someone uses a stolen
(or otherwise fraudulent) credit card at this site, they are STEALING, so they shouldn't cry to us when we help get them busted.
SALES TAX - We ship from California. All orders delivered to a California
address will be charged 7% sales tax. All other orders are SALES TAX FREE.

Shipping
We use USPS exclusively for shipping our customer's orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES - If you select USPS First Class or Air services for delivery to an address in the United States, the shipping
charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information onto the order form.
PLEASE NOTE: We only offer 2 USPS delivery services within the U.S. - First Class,
(delivery in 3 business days), Priority Mail (delivery in 2 business daysWe do offer any delivery on weekends @ an additional fee.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP - Orders placed by 12 noon, pacific time will be
shipped the next business day (unless otherwise stated). Please be aware that if you place your order after 12 noon (PT) on a Wednesday, and you have selected 2nd Day Air, your order will ship Thursday and will
arrive Monday (2 business days from Thursday). Similarly, if you order after 12 noon (PT) on a Thursday, and you have selected Next Day Air, your order will ship on Friday and will arrive Monday (1 business day from
Friday). No shipping or deliveries on weekends or holidays. If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an
approved shipping address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - The only service available to CANADA is UPS Expedited Service .
These charges will be added to your card after order is recieved. We cannot send parcels via the Postal Service. COD payment is not available to Canadian addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING - Orders placed by
12 noon pacific time will be shipped the same business day (unless otherwise stated - regional and national weather conditions permitting). No shipping on weekends or holidays.

Guarantee
If you're not happy, then we haven't done our job. We stand behind every decal that we make and sell,
and we care about and protect our customers.
- We can only take back decals if they are in un-opened and in new condition.
- We do not offer a warrantee on decals.
Our sole liability is for the replacement of the media (or refund of its value).
Fairness: Please remember that many decal failures are caused by unclean, or un-prepared surfaces.
